Mytexturas Rauchöl ist ein Aromaöl mit markantem, rauchigem Geschmack.
Mit diesem Öl können Steaks, Fisch oder Grillgemüse die auf einem Elektrogrill oder in der Pfanne zubereitet werden, durch einige Tropfen des Rauchöl ein Aroma gegeben werden, als ob es über offener Flamme gegrillt wurde.
Auch Snack-Food, Wurstwaren, Fisch oder Marinaden verleiht das konzentrierte Aromaöl einen appetitlichen Rauchgeschmack.
Durch die Zugabe von Rauchöl in Grillsaucen werden diese noch aromatischer und passen perfekt zu Ihrem BBQ - Buffet.
Profis verwenden das Öl um Sous vide gegarte Lebensmittel mit dem Rauchöl zu aromatisieren und dem Gargut ein rauchigen Geschmack zu verleihen.
Das Rauchöl wird nur aus Pflanzenöl und Hickoryholz Raucharoma hergestellt. Daher auch für vegetarische und vegane Kost geeignet.

- Mytexturas Rauchöl ist kräftig, rauchig und etwas markanter als das Holzkohleöl
Unsere Aromaöle sind sehr konzentriert und sparsam in der Anwendung.
